Husband and wife, and partners in real estate, this duo packs a mean punch of expertise, professional knowledge, and exceptional service. Since 1994, they have offered customers commercial and residential real estate services, including buying, selling, leasing, lending, relocating, refinancing, and other support services.

I have not met Rick yet, but Ines is a pleasure to work with. From the moment I met her, I knew I would enjoy shooting for her. She is a former architect and has been giving me some small lessons in the different names behind the buildings I shoot. An out-of-the-box thinker and smart businesswoman, she inspires me to shoot real estate differently, and quite a few times has asked for shots that have later been the best of the batch.

She runs a site called MIAMISM.COM, which features photography of Miami besides the regular listings she is selling. Ines and her husband Rick are taking real estate to a new level technology-wise. Ines has managed to link her iPhone to Flickr and has created a whole new way to give buyers a feel of the market from her picture blog, MIAMISMPIX.COM. Towering high above Biscayne Bay stands a graceful tower of white and glass. On a sunny clear day, the view is far enough to see as far east, past the beach, into the ocean. You can also have a clear view of the cruise ships rolling by off to another adventure. Inside, marble or porcelain line most of the floors giving it a sterile crisp look. The pool overlooks the cityscape, giving it the feel of an oasis within the chaos of city life.

This is a gorgeous property set in the heart of Downtown Biscayne. The building was simply stunning. Chic and sleek, every detail is clean and elegant. We are finally online! We are still working on the gallery section and the video section, but we will soon have it all done and ready to be seen. We have worked very hard on this site, and we are very proud of the way it has turned out.
